Who We Are
A covenant family devoted
to the ordinary means of grace.
Pray’s Mill is a confessional Reformed Baptist congregation in Douglasville, Georgia. We are a covenant family gathered week by week around the preaching of God’s Word, the prayers of God’s people, and the ordinances of Christ — ascending the Lord’s Day to meet with the Triune God who summons us.

Our Services are Simple…
Since we believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God, we endeavor to make that Word central to all aspects of our worship. It not only fills our worship — it defines how we worship.
-
We sing songs of praise to our God and Savior. (Ephesians 5:19)
-
We seek His face through sincere and fervent prayer. (1 Timothy 2:1, 8)
-
We reverently listen as He speaks through the reading, teaching, and preaching of His Word. (2 Timothy 4:1–2)
-
We remember our Lord’s death through the Lord’s Supper. (Acts 2:42)

Worship is the people’s work, not a performance.
At Pray’s Mill, the Lord’s Day service is a dialogue between God and his people. He calls; we come. He speaks his Word; we receive it. He declares pardon; we praise him. He invites; we draw near to his Table. Our children sit beside us in the assembly, learning what worship is by watching their parents and grandparents engage with God in his Word. We are nothing fancy — just ordinary saints, devoted to the ordinary means of grace, week after week.
